How Do I Apply for my CDTFA Seller’s Permit?
All Dealers must obtain a “Seller’s Permit” from the CDTFA before you can collect Sales or Use Tax and file your returns.
There is no fee to obtain the Permit. You can apply online or in-person at a nearby CDTFA office.
